It’s with great pleasure that we wish to inform you of the launch of Kinetic Solutions Group and the rebranding of SCX Special Projects, effective from 30th October 2023.
From this date, SCX Special Projects will begin operating under the trading name Kinetic Solutions Group and you will see the appearance of our new branding on the market.
It’s important to stress, however, that everything is very much business as usual.
The capabilities, pedigree and experience of SCX Special Projects together with the tremendous track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering state-of-the-art projects and first-class services remain unchanged and exactly the same. And even more importantly, the talented people that have brought SCX Special Projects to where we are today, also remain unchanged and stand ready to deliver for you. As you can see, it really is just a rebrand.
From an organisational perspective, the Kinetic Solutions Group will consist of 4 business units:
- SCX – Specialist Handling Solutions
- ARX – Kinetic Architecture Solutions
- DHX – Denley Hydraulic Solutions
- ISX – In-Service Support Solutions
Regarding legal entities and contractual relationships, including invoicing, once again nothing changes other than the trading name and the branding that you will see in our external communications and documentation. SCX Special Projects Limited will remain your contractual and invoicing partner. However, please don’t be surprised when you will see documentation or invoices using the trading name and logo of Kinetic Solutions Group.
At the same time, you will also note that email domains will change from @scx.co.uk to @ksg.co.uk. This should also take effect from 30th October. However, please don’t worry if it takes time for you to get used to this new domain and accidentally email your contacts using the @scx.co.uk domain as this will be auto-forwarded. They will respond to you from the @ksg.co.uk domain.
Regarding websites and being able to follow our activities and better understand our capabilities, we will also be launching www.ksg.co.uk from 30th October. From this group website you will also be directed and connected out to the websites of the relevant business units (SCX, ARX, DHX and ISX). Likewise for social media, everything you were following for SCX Special Projects will seamlessly transfer under the Kinetic Solutions Group banner from launch day.
